Economic Issues for Women in Texas

Texas Women’s Foundation is dedicated to conducting comprehensive research that delves into the economic challenges confronting women and families across the state. This statewide research focuses on four pivotal pillars—child care, healthcare, housing, and education—acknowledging their substantial roles in contributing to economic disparities faced by women. The insights derived from this research serve as a valuable resource, disseminated among community leaders, political figures, philanthropic entities, and corporate leaders.

To deepen the impact of our research, Texas Women’s Foundation is committed to sharing findings that inspire positive social change. Our presentations are tailored for key audiences, particularly corporate leaders and members of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The objective is to empower these stakeholders with knowledge and actionable recommendations to grow a sustainable and successful work environment.
