DEBRA HUNTER JOHNSON
Debra Hunter Johnson is a respected leadership strategist, board member and community leader. As the founder of Reciprocity Consulting Group, her work is grounded in her signature philosophy—Accelerate Your Wisdom Curve®—helping leaders and organizations turn experience into insight and insight into lasting impact. Also an accomplished attorney, Debra held senior leadership roles at American Airlines as Vice President of Global Human Resources Services and as Associate General Counsel—becoming the first African-American woman to serve in either position. She currently serves on the board of Oncor Electric Delivery Company and the UT Southwestern Medical Center President’s Advisory Board, where she is the past Board chair. Previous board service includes Texas Women’s Foundation, where she co-chaired the Economic Leadership Council, Dallas Economic Development Corporation and Kanarys, Inc. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., the Links, Inc., the Dallas Assembly, the Women’s Leadership Summit, the Junior League of Dallas and is a founding member of The Village Giving Circle.

KIM TOLBERT
Kimberly Bizor Tolbert was appointed Dallas City Manager on January 22, 2025, becoming the first African American woman to serve in the role. She leads the nation’s ninth-largest city, overseeing a $5.2 billion budget and more than 13,000 employees. Named a Texas 100 headliner to watch by the Dallas Business Journal, Tolbert is passionate about Dallas’ evolution as an inclusive city that serves as a model for innovation, efficient government and targeted economic growth. As CEO of Dallas, she streamlined city operations, saving $13.3 million and closed a two-year budget shortfall of $74.5 million. Throughout her 33-year career, she has mentored countless women and continues to develop the next generation of community builders and public service leaders. In recognition of her transformational leadership, she was honored with the Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award, Quality & Excellence Legacy Award, Pearl C. Anderson Trailblazer Award and the Nancy Lieberman Women of Inspiration Award – Businesswoman of Inspiration. Tolbert is a member of the Dallas Assembly, Dallas Summit, Charter 100 and International Women’s Forum. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas, is an International City/County Management Association Credentialed Manager, and is a graduate of the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative.

Margie Aguilar exemplifies the spirit of women helping women—building organizations, amplifying voices and creating pathways for women and girls to lead with confidence and purpose. She is the Founder and CEO of ISP Creative, an award-winning production company that is a trusted creative partner for corporations and nonprofits through strategic storytelling, excellence and long-term collaboration. Aguilar has applied this leadership philosophy in service to women, girls and families across North Texas. She leverages her creative expertise and influence to strengthen equity-focused organizations, including long-standing leadership with Navidad en el Barrio and continued advocacy through board service and leadership with the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. This commitment earned her the Presidents’ Volunteer Service Awards, presented by President Joe Biden. Aguilar leads International Women’s Day of Philanthropy. She also serves in leadership and advisory roles with Girls Scouts of Northeast Texas, Young Women’s Preparatory Network, The Concilio, DFW Hispanic 100, amond others.

OLGA HICKMAN, PHD
Olga Martinez Hickman, Ph.D., is Executive Director of Bachman Lake Together, where she partners with the community to cultivate a thriving Bachman Lake neighborhood, one where children flourish and opportunity is shared across generations. A proud Latina leader, Dr. Martinez Hickman brings both lived experience and academic expertise to advancing equitable systems that center family and community leadership locally, regionally and nationally. Under her leadership, Bachman Lake Together has become a model for place-based collaboration, driving measurable, long-term impact in early childhood education and family well-being. A first-generation college graduate and among the 1% of Latinas in the U.S. to earn a Ph.D., she is also a 2024 Presidential Leadership Scholar and a Cradle-to-Career Partnership Leader Fellow at EdRedesign Lab at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She serves on the boards of Healthy Futures of Texas, Dallas After School and Parents as Teachers, as well as on the Dallas Mavericks Advisory Council.

THEAR SUZUKI
Thear Suzuki’s personal purpose is to inspire courageous actions in others so they can lead more impactful lives. As an expert connector of people and bold action, she shapes leaders making a positive difference in our world. Her community leadership includes serving on the boards of Communities Foundation of Texas, SMU Lyle Engineering School Executive Board, the SMU Tate Lecture Series and Co-Chair for 50/50 Women on Boards – DFW. With Texas Women’s Foundation, Suzuki served on the board for two terms and as co-chair of the Economic Leadership Council. She also helped co-found the Orchid Giving Circle that has its roots at TXWF. She has received the D CEO Corporate Excellence in Leadership, the SMU Distinguished Alumni Award, Women Leaders in Consulting Award, President of the United States Gold Volunteer Service Award, and was named one of the most powerful business leaders in North Texas by D CEO. Suzuki is a Presidential Leadership Scholar and a retired business executive with 29 years of professional services experience at EY and Accenture. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Biomedical Engineering Specialization from SMU.

PRISMA Y. GARCIA
Prisma Y. Garcia has a business mind and a servant heart. She started her career as a fundraiser, eventually expanding her expertise into nonprofit management at organizations like Social Venture Partners Dallas and The Concilio and now managing a corporate social purpose program. A lifelong resident of the Pleasant Grove neighborhood, Garcia currently serves as the District 4 Trustee and Board Secretary for Dallas ISD, representing parts of Pleasant Grove, Seagoville, Kleberg/Rylie and Balch Springs following her election victory in May 2025. Her dedication to her community led her to co-found Community Does It – Cuenta Conmigo – the first mental health clinic in the 75217 zip code. She was recognized as a 2023 Leader in Diversity by the Dallas Business Journal. She believes that every student deserves equitable access to high-quality education and mental health resources, regardless of their zip code. Garcia holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in sociology at Texas Woman’s University.

AMANDA VALENTINE
Amanda Valentine is a healthcare operations and quality improvement leader who uses data, systems thinking and service-driven leadership to strengthen communities and create pathways for women and girls to lead. She serves as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Memorial Hermann Health System, where she leads enterprise-level initiatives focused on patient safety, access to care and operational excellence across one of the nation’s largest nonprofit health systems. She serves on the board of directors for the Girls Empowerment Network and is an active member of the Junior League of Houston and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women. Valentine is a servant leader within Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®. She has received the Houston Business Journal Women Who Mean Business Award and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce STEAM Role Model Award. She holds a Master of Engineering in Healthcare Systems Engineering from Lehigh University, a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University. She is completing a Ph.D. in Health Policy and Management at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
