Grounded in research and purposefully built for deep personal and professional growth, this program blends dynamic leadership development with a focused, evidence-based curriculum, 1:1 coaching, and executive sponsor engagement.
Participants are equipped with sharpened executive skills and presence while growing their professional networks through connections with peers, experienced coaches, and executive sponsors—building relationships that last beyond the program. Immersive workshops and intentional sponsor engagement help boost participant confidence and readiness for next-level leadership roles in their organizations and communities.
Most importantly, the Executive Leadership Accelerator supports Texas Women’s Foundation’s commitment to lifecycle leadership development for women by cultivating a strong, connected and diverse pipeline of leaders who will drive meaningful change for Texas women and families.

Program Application
Who Should Apply
- Senior-level leaders with 15+ years of experience in for-profit Texas organizations and who are preparing for partner or C-suite
roles. - Executives currently leading business units or strategic initiatives with significant P&L responsibilities; and
- Experienced leaders identified as “ready now” or “ready next” for key leadership roles.
Program Tuition
The $14,000 tuition covers all Executive Leadership Accelerator programs, materials and events.

To complete the application, participants should be prepared to provide the following:
- Current CV or résumé
- Headshot
- Two professional references letters with contact information
- Name, title, and email for their Executive Sponsor
